Naming what we feel.

Helping children recognize and manage their feelings.

  • Blue Zone

    Sad, tired, sick, bored — low energy states

  • Green Zone

    Happy, calm, focused, ready to learn — optimal state

  • Yellow Zone

    Frustrated, worried, excited, silly — elevated energy

  • Red Zone

    Angry, terrified, out of control — very high intensity
